Mrs. Savage's Science Class FY18

What is Science Course 3?

Science Course 3 is 8th grade Science. It focuses mainly on Nature of Science, Earth in Space and Time, Properties of Matter, Changes in Matter, Matter and Energy Transformation. In Florida, 8th graders will be assessed on the FCAT in April '16. Therefore, we will have to review some of the 6th and 7th grade curriculum throughout the year to strengthen any of our weaknesses. The advanced course goes more in depth and is more detailed with topics, discussions and assignments.
